Mukamalah Aviation Company limited (“Mukamalah”), established in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (the “Kingdom”) and registered in the city of Dhahran under commercial registration no 2052102164. Mukamalah is a wholly owned subsidiary of Saudi Arabian Oil Company, a Saudi joint stock company established in the Kingdom by virtue of Royal Decree No. M/8, dated 4/4/1409H (corresponding 13/11/1988G) with fully paid capital of SAR 60,000,000,000 and registered in the city of Dhahran under commercial registration no 2052101150.
Your privacy is important to us and maintaining your trust is a priority. This Privacy Notice sets out how information about you or that relates to you (“Personal Data”) may be collected and processed by us for the purposes set below. You may also be provided with additional privacy notices, for example as part of a job application process. To the extent there are any inconsistencies between this Privacy Notice, and any additional ones you receive, the additional privacy notices shall prevail for the specific purposes it was provided for. The Mukamalah website may include hyperlinks to other websites which may have their own privacy notices. Information we collect
When you use our services, visit our websites, or interact with us we will collect your Personal Data including but not limited to:
Demographic Personal Data such as your name (Passenger Name Record), age, gender, nationality, date and place of birth, passport details, country of birth or residence.
Your preferences such as in relation to marketing, flights, seats or meals.
Contact details such as your personal or work emails, telephone numbers home or work address.
Languages you may speak, ask us to communicate with you in, or view our web content in.
User profiles (e.g. username and password) when you log in or access our content and (where relevant) when share outward facing stories via social media (Twitter, LinkedIn and Facebook).
Technical information and device data such as your (IP address, unique system identifiers and information logged by cookies or similar technologies), including usage information (such as the number of visitors on a specific page of the site, how long you stay on a page, or which hyperlinks you click on, which version of our App you’re using, OS version your device is running, browser version etc.). When you apply for a position with us, additional information will be collected such as your employment and education history, professional licenses and accreditations (classes of aircraft qualified to fly, or work on, or hours flown) professional memberships and other relevant information.
Information shared by the companies we charter flights for. This could include basic Personal Data referred to above, or additional information such as your job title, employment number, flight information and reservation details such as airport of origin, route, destination details and reservation number to enable reconciliation of your flight.
We may be informed of Sensitive Personal Data relating your health condition. This is usually in the case of medical evacuation flights to ensure that we can provide you with the safest possible medical evacuation flight, any necessary medical care during the flight, and where necessary communicate with ground crew or the hospital at your departure and destination, to ensure your safe and efficient transfer onto and off our aircraft. We may also be informed of your health conditions if it is relevant to you taking a flight with us, such as if you have particular issues we need to into account for and facilitate to ensure your flight and ground transfers are safe. Such as if you are differently abled in relation to your mobility, vision, hearing or speaking. Finally, you may inform us of your health conditions as part of your job application.
How we collect your Personal Data?
We collect your Personal Data both directly and indirectly in connection with your use of our websites, in providing you with our services and flights, or when you apply for a position with us, or make other enquiries with us such as (but not limited to):
When you log-in or otherwise visit and use the Mukamalah website and its functionalities.
When you provide us with any information directly, for example during a job application.
When you contact us directly such as to make an inquiry or provide feedback in relation to our company, or our products and services.
When we interact with the company we have a chartering agreement with and through whom our services and flights are provided to you. Usually this will be your employer, or a company you’re doing business with, and they’ll to speak to us about your flight and booking, including its management and how your experience was flying with us.
We may also collect Personal Data about you from publicly and commercially available sources (as permitted by law and the terms of use applicable to the source). We may combine that Personal Data with other Personal Data we collect about you, including when you visit and use our Site. This may include (but is not limited to) social media websites where you publicly share information about yourself, such as Linked-in, Twitter, job sites or from other third-party sources.
How we use your Personal Data
We process and use your Personal Data in connection with your use of Mukamalah website and our products and services:
To provide you with our products and services, including to personalize marketing and communications with you about our business and its portfolio of offerings.
To operate our business, including monitor, evaluate, develop and improve our service offerings, websites, or applications.
To evaluate and enter into any prospective chartering or other business opportunities with you.
To enable feedback to be provided from customers and employees alike, to assist us in managing our business.
Ensure that you are provided with our publications / content including real-time content, that is personalized, relevant to your needs and is aligned with your preferences, including alerts of the same.
To determine your fitness to travel, provide you with any relevant medical assistance, manage an emergency and meet government requirements and regulations, including in relation to flight safety.
To enforce or apply any agreements we have with you, or the company we provide chartering services to (as applicable);
To meet our legal obligations, prevent crime, fraud, and other legal and regulatory reasons.
We may share your Personal Data with third parties:
Where we need assistance from third parties to grant you access to Mukamalah website, App and facilitate posting of information, content and/or otherwise operate our platforms;
To third party suppliers and vendors who we use to support our business, including but not limited to the operation, features and functionality of Mukamalah website and App and those who provide information technology and system administration services to us, including supporting our analytics, research and marketing activities.
Third parties (who may also be suppliers or vendors) involved in the delivery of our products and services and flight operations. This includes airports, ground crews, ground transport service providers, ambulance services, or hospitals if applicable.
As appropriate in the management and support of our business, with our professional advisers or consultants, including lawyers, bankers, auditors, accountants, and insurers providing consultancy, legal, banking, audit, accounting or insurance services to us;
Where we have a duty to disclose to a competent public authority, government, or regulatory agency, or where necessary to comply with a legal or regulatory compliance obligation which Mukamalah or a relevant affiliate is subject to, or as permitted by applicable local law;
Where we have a public interest or legal duty to do so (e.g., Passenger Name Record and manifest on international flights, assisting with detection of crime including with law enforcement agencies, regulatory reporting, litigation, or defending legal rights);
In the event of (or a proposed) reorganization, merger, divestment, or other sale of some (or all) of our assets or stock, to any successor; or in connection with a bankruptcy reorganization;
We may share in aggregate, statistical form, non‑personal information regarding the visitors to our Platforms, traffic patterns and Platform usage with our other entities within the Emirates Group or third-party advertisers and social media and digital platforms to provide advertising
Social Media
We may use social media sites such as Facebook, LinkedIn, and Twitter. If you use these websites or their services, you should review their privacy policy for more information on how they deal with your Personal Data. Social media platforms also allow you to indicate your preferences to them about how they share some of your personal data, or the advertising you receive on their platforms. How we protect and handle your Personal Data
We use robust technical and organizational measures to protect any personal information we process about you. All Mukamalah personnel who have access to your Personal Data operate under strict corporate guidelines to ensure the protection of the data and compliance with applicable local data protection laws and regulations.
International data transfers
We store and host your Personal Data within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Your Personal Data may also be stored, hosted, processed and shared by third parties supporting the App outside of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The laws on processing such information, including where such information is classed as "personal data", in these locations may be less stringent than in your country. We will take all steps reasonably necessary and/or required by applicable data protection laws to ensure that your information is treated securely and in accordance with this notice and applicable law.
How long do we keep your Personal Data?
We will keep Personal Data for as long as we have a relationship with you and when you use Mukamalah products, services and our site or App. We generally retain personal data for a period of seven (7) years or such longer period as required by law and/or to protect our legal interests.
We will not keep any information for longer than is strictly necessary and when we no longer need the information, we will securely destroy it in accordance with our internal policies or anonymize it. Should you require earlier deletion, you may discuss this by contacting us info@mukamalah.com.
Your Rights
Under certain applicable laws, you may have rights in relation to your Personal Data. These rights include the right to access and rectify inaccurate Personal Data that you provided to Mukamalah, or that we collected about you. Subject to certain limitations, users accessing the Site within and/or otherwise located within the European Union (EU) may have certain rights under applicable laws. The rights include:
Right of access, including to request a copy of what Personal Data we hold about you;
Rectify, or update inaccurate and add to incomplete Personal Data we hold about you;
Subject to limitations, request deletion of your Personal Data;
Restrict the processing of your Personal Data if certain circumstances apply;
Object to the processing of your Personal Data if its collection and use is based on our legitimate interests;
Request copy of your Personal Data in a portable format if certain circumstances;
Object to the use of your Personal Data for marketing purposes;
Withdraw consents you previously gave to Aramco regarding the use of your Personal Data;
Lodge a complaint with the Supervisory Authority.

Should you object to the processing of your information, this may, without limitation, impede your access to the Site (or parts of it), impair or render impossible your use of some of the functionalities, and services on it.
Changes
