Mohanad Mansour Alamdar
Mr. Alamdar is currently a VP of Transaction Execution at Saudi Aramco. Previous to this, Mr. Alamdar served as Manager of the Origination department under New Business Development. He also served as an acting manager of Manufacturing & Operations Services Transactions Dept., Transaction and Portfolio Management Dept., and Maritime Dept. on multiple occasions since March 2017. Mr. Alamdar started his career at Saudi Aramco in July 1999 as an electrical engineer. Between 2003 and 2010 he had several assignments including being assigned as a lead engineer with Project Management. In 2013, he assumed the acting role of the Engineering Superintendent at Ju’aymah NGL. Later that year he moved to Strategy & Market Analysis and joined the Strategy Transformation Office (STO) as part of the company’s strategic Accelerated Transformation Program (ATP). In September 2014, Alamdar moved to New Business Development at Saudi Aramco and served as business development consultant leading several workstreams under the Maritime Transaction, including the technical division. During his time as the manager of Manufacturing & Operations Services Transactions Dept he led several transactions before being named Director of Origination department in 2019. Mr. Alamdar is a director at several Saudi Aramco joint ventures and affiliates. He is the chairman of Aramco Gas Pipeline Company, a director at Dussur Industrial Investment Company, a director at JASARA Program Management Company, a director at Saudi Engines Manufacturing Company (Makeen), and a director at Mukamalah.
Mr. Alamdar holds a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from Tufts University, Massachusetts, USA. He later earned a master’s degree in Business Administration from the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology (HKUST) in 2015. Mr. Alamdar has completed a number of leadership courses since joining the company, including the Aramco Management Development Seminar, the Manager Level Assessment Center, the Asia Business and Culture Program, the Corporate Assessment Compass Program at Stanford University, and the Digital Experience for Executives Program (DEEP) at Singularity Group.
